As with any construction project, the shop drawing process is key to ensuring the intent of the architect and design team is met, while also aiding installers by simplifying the installation process.  Our qualified technical engineers and drafters work closely with the design team, general contractors, and installers to ensure that the panels will fit the design intent.

Through a submittal process, which includes an architectural review and detailed field measurements, we can ensure that nothing is missed on your project.  This includes project scope, panel layout, installation details, and panel fabrication in accordance with field verified dimensions.  Shop drawings are the most efficient and cost-effective way to manage your project.

We offer complete fabrication services. We cut the panels to size, and drill fixed and gliding point holes. This ensures that with correct installation, the risk of panel failure is minimized and will meet warranty requirements. To assist further with the installation, the panels are tagged with ID stickers that correspond to labeled elevations on the shop drawings. Panels are then sorted by elevation before being carefully loaded and packaged on pallets.

While we strongly encourage using our team for your shop drawing needs, we understand that you may have other options in this area. If we must fabricate panels outside of our shop drawing services, we will need shop drawings that meet certain requirements.
