At American Fiber Cement, our fabrication services are strategically designed to lower installation costs, shorten the installation time, require minimal maintenance, and create an excellent building aesthetic.
We cut and drill fixed and gliding point holes to minimize the risk of panel failure and ensure that panels meet warranty requirements. All panels are tagged with ID stickers that correspond to labeled elevations on the shop drawings. The panels are sorted by elevation before being loaded and packaged on pallets. This process ensures that your panels are ready to be fastened to your building as soon as they reach the job site. No sorting or rearranging is needed.
