This building features our Patina Graphite and Flint high-density fiber cement on its exterior. Constructed with mass timber, this unique 79,000 square foot office building is the largest of its kind in the state.

Designed by Perkins + Will, the 5 story high structure features 4 floors of premium office space, multi-tenant retail, a partial roof terrace and 10-foot windows which maximize natural light. Public spaces that surround it were also included in the design since they were a big part of the overall vision to have a vibrant, walkable district for Bull Street.
